Begin an exciting career in health and fitness and learn the fundamentals of the personal training profession. Fayetteville Technical Community College (Continuing Education) and NASM have partnered to offer this course which will prepare students for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certification Exam.
Students will learn the basic principles of training to include the Fundamentals of Human Movement Science, Assessments, Training Concepts and Program Design, Nutrition and Supplementation, Client Interaction and Professional Development. Six hours of CPR training is also included in this class.
